The Opportunity

As an Insights Analyst (RTM), you will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and track customer route performance by conducting in-depth analysis of route-to-market data. You will deliver insights and identify improvement opportunities to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Route to Market Performance: Understand customer behaviour through detailed data analysis, in-field experience (GEMBA), customer surveys, and case studies.
  • Implement Customer Lifecycle Processes: Incorporate retention strategies for sales teams and guide strategic planning through comprehensive reports.
  • Design and Build Power BI Dashboards: Create self-service dashboards and data visualizations to measure performance and empower stakeholders.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Prepare quarterly route governance reports, monitor route performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights ,feedback, present data and provide actionable insights to align with business objectives

What's in your toolkit?

  • Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry would be highly desired  
  • Proven experience with building reports and dashboards in PowerBI
  • Experience working with and analysing large data sets
  • Proven experience using data to help tell a story and provide actionable business insights
  • Ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
