The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Route to Market & Business Optimisation Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Route To Market (RTM) processes across ANZ. This is a pivotal role driving strategic alignment, unlocking value through advanced analytics, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with our growth ambitions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Strategy: Define and evolve the ANZ Route to Market strategy to deliver efficiency, scalability, and customer-centricity.
  • Drive Governance: Implement and maintain a disciplined, structured RTM framework, ensuring compliance, consistency, and robust controls across markets.
  • Unlock Value: Perform deep-dive analysis, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to optimise route planning and profitability.
  • Lead People: Build and mentor a high-performing team of RTM analysts, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams to deliver enterprise-wide impact.

About you:

  • Extensive experience in Route to Market strategy and commercial operations (FMCG preferred although open to Retail, Consumer Technology or Logistics).
  • Ability to move between being hands on and high level.
  • Ability to deliver complex projects across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics, including data modelling and scenario planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience driving digital transformation and leveraging technology for operational excellence.
  • Proven capability in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Resilient in navigating challenges and maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Highly organised with a structured approach to managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Measured in responses, balancing reactions with thoughtful consideration of situations.
  • Pragmatic in problem-solving, focusing on practical and effective outcomes.
  • Logical in decision-making, applying clear reasoning and data-driven insights.
