The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Route Planning & Data Governance Specialist who thrives on solving puzzles with data and loves bringing structure to complexity. In this role, you’ll keep our route-to-market systems running smoothly, ensure data accuracy, and help us deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What you'll do:

  • Keep our routing systems accurate and aligned with the RTM framework.
  • Build and maintain sales territories and daily visitation plans using dynamic route planning tools.
  • Perform weekly route maintenance and update system configurations.
  • Collaborate with Master Data and Logistics teams to ensure customer data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements that make life easier for our teams.

About you:

  • In depth understanding of how a field sales team operates.
  • Strong knowledge of sales force automation systems and database management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment and preparing management reports for stakeholders.
  • Skilled at solving complex puzzles using data, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

 

This role could also be suitable for a Territory Manager or Field Manager with analytical skills, ready to take the next step in their career.
