What you'll be mixing up

You’ll gain genuine end‑to‑end R&D exposure, rotating through technical teams and working alongside experienced Scientists, Technologists and Engineers. Your work will include: 

• Concept development, formulation and experimentation 
• Packaging design and material innovation 
• Science, regulatory and quality fundamentals 
• Manufacturing and scale‑up exposure 
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain and Marketing 
• You’ll also have the opportunity to spend time working from our New Zealand site, gaining exposure to our pilot plant, factory trials and global innovation teams.

• A tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Food Technology or a related field. 
• Curiosity, creativity and a genuine passion for learning. 
• A hands‑on, practical mindset with strong attention to detail. 
• Confidence to collaborate, communicate ideas and work across teams. 
• A proactive attitude and willingness to experiment, learn and improve. 
• Industry or lab experience is a bonus, drive, curiosity and initiative matter most.
