What You'll Do:
- Optimise sales territories, routes and customer coverage across ANZ.
- Use routing technology to improve field productivity and execution.
- Adapt territories and call cycles as customer and business needs change.
- Partner with sales teams to create practical, high-impact solutions.
- Drive efficiencies through smarter route planning and data accuracy.
- Support system users and champion best practice across the business.
- Become the subject matter expert for routing and territory optimisation.
What You Bring:
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You may bring:
Route Planning, Territory Optimisation or Logistics Experience
- Experience using Roadnet or similar route planning, mapping or territory optimisation software.
- Experience in territory planning, sales routing, field force optimisation or transport/logistics planning.
- Strong understanding of route efficiency, coverage planning and customer visitation models.
- Confidence working with systems and technology to solve operational challenges.
OR FMCG, Field Sales or Territory Management Experience
- Experience as a Territory Manager, Field Sales Representative, Sales Operations Coordinator or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer visitation planning and geographical territories.
- Knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand geography and how it impacts customer coverage.
- Exposure to CRM systems, planning tools or operational software.
- Strong learning agility and an interest in becoming an expert user of route planning technology.
You'll Succeed in this role if you:
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions.
- Have a practical and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Understand the realities of field sales and customer-facing operations.
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Enjoy learning new systems and becoming the go-to expert.
- Have strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
