The Opportunity:

The Project Manager – Corporate Brand and Events is a 12 Month Fixed-Term-Contract role (Full-Time Hours). This role will lead the coordination of corporate brand activities across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage complex, large-scale projects and events from conception through execution, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders in Oceania and Japan to enhance the visibility of the Suntory brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects and events, ensuring alignment with corporate brand objectives.
  • Exceptional ability to engage senior stakeholders, navigate diverse inputs, and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, establish strong vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering effective solutions under pressure.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to the creative process to elevate brand experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project administration and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Five years of experience and a degree in administration, project management, or a related field that provides a strong foundation for this role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
