We have an exciting opportunity for a Process and Systems Manager to join our Marketing function, supporting the end‑to‑end New Product Development (NPD) and SKU lifecycle across Suntory Oceania. Based in Auckland or Darling Park, this role is critical in ensuring our innovation systems, governance and processes operate seamlessly to enable faster, more consistent and commercially effective delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Own and continuously improve NPD systems, processes and governance, including Planisware and Page Proof.
- Lead portfolio, pipeline and KPI reporting to provide clear visibility of innovation performance.
- Govern stage‑gate processes, master data workflows, and artwork approval to reduce rework and delays.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Quality and Regulatory teams.
- Drive capability uplift through training, change management and continuous improvement practices.
This is an influential role where you’ll work across Australia and New Zealand, shaping how innovation comes to life at Suntory.

You’re a process‑driven problem solver who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex environments. You’re comfortable working across systems, data and stakeholders, and you thrive on improving how things are done.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in NPD, project management, process design or portfolio governance.
- A strong understanding of stage‑gate processes and cross‑functional project delivery.
- Exposure to master data processes, ERP or workflow/portfolio management systems (e.g. Planisware or similar).
- Familiarity with artwork approval or digital proofing systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting and process‑mapping capability.
- The ability to influence without authority and lead change across diverse teams.
Experience in FMCG, beverages, system implementation or continuous improvement is beneficial but not essential. If you’re not an expert in everything listed – that’s okay. We care just as much about alignment to our values and your ability to learn, adapt and grow.
