The Opportunity

The role of the Project Coordinator position is to provide support for project and program managers across the Digital & IT delivery portfolio, and to engage in continuous improvement to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.

 

This is a 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract that will see you:

 

  • Assist with regular status reporting.
  • Be a Shibumi super user.
  • Handle all PMO Administration.
  • Improve current project management and governance processes.

 

Are you up for it?

To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for:

 

  • Robust administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good personal time management and the ability to get things done
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to adapt and be agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania.
  • Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome, consistently striving for better ways of working.
  • Experience with Shibumi or similar enterprise project management platform (Highly beneficial)
