The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for planning Suntory Oceania’s 3rd Party Manufacturing lines across the non-alcohol portfolio to ensure we have an optimal level of safety stock to achieve our customer service levels.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and create the production schedule for our third-party manufacturing operations ensuring all known constraints are considered.
- Maintain monthly forecasting with third party manufacturers and suppliers.
- Identify and escalate risks and work closely with key stakeholders to mitigate these risks.
- Maintain optimal inventory at DC level and mitigate any commercial impact on known out of stock issues.
- Conduct analysis to inform recommendations for our Integrated Business Planning process.
- Ensure packaging materials and raw materials are available for production.
- Partner closely with third party manufacturers to ensure they are delivering to the Suntory standards.
What's in your toolkit?
- Experience in a similar Supply Planning role – FMCG experience is desired.
- Strong stakeholder management with proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with short- and long-term planning, managing products from different manufacturing sites within Australia and overseas.
- A continuous improvement mindset and initiative to drive improvements.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to provide solutions to unexpected plan changes.
