The Opportunity
Are you ready to make a significant impact by driving sustained improvement in our Integrated Business Planning and supply chain planning process across Australia & New Zealand? We’re currently looking for an experienced IBP & Planning Centre of Excellence Manager to step into a 12-month parental leave cover. This is a high-profile role, where you will be responsible for delivering and continually evolving our IBP step-based improvement plan covering our alcohol and non-alcohol product categories.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a purpose-led environment, who is comfortable working and influencing across different business functions as well as being passionate about delivering process improvement. You’ll be supporting the Director IBP and Planning in driving IBP maturity and effectiveness, making this a highly impactful role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, co-ordinate and deliver improvement plans for each different step within the IBP process (Portfolio Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-Exec Review, and Exec Review).
- Assist in the monthly execution of the Integrated Business Planning process.
- Enhance supply chain planning processes, metrics and tools to create a performance mind-set and deliver service and cost improvement.
- Motivate and build capability within the IBP and Planning function to deliver an engaged, high performing planning team.
Experience that you will bring:
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone who is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude. You should possess excellent organisational and communication skills as well as:
- Knowledge and experience in IBP / S&OP.
- Highly refined impact and influencing skills (up to Exec level).
- Astute at understanding P&L management.
- Project management / process improvement experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
