The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our Legal team, including the General Counsel and six lawyers. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of legal systems, resources, and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is a 6 month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing

  • Create & Build
    • Maintain a centralized SharePoint legal webpage
    • Support development of contract management systems and legal knowledge databases
    • Assist in creating training materials and internal communications
  • Perform
    • Provide day-to-day legal administrative support
    • Manage legal documents and conduct legal research
    • Use tools like Canva, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
  • Transform
    • Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes
    • Participate in cross-functional projects to embed legal best practices
  • Compliance
    • Support compliance activities and corporate governance
    • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy

What’s in your toolkit?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, DocuSign)
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with digital platforms like Canva and AI tools
  • Prior experience in a corporate environment
