The Opportunity:

This role is a 12-month Fixed-Term-Contract Parental Leave opportunity, and is a key leadership position within our On-Premise channel, accountable for managing and growing a significant sub-channel focused on large Traditional Hospitality Groups. Beyond customer management, you will lead people, help shape channel strategy, drive commercial performance, and partner cross-functionally to deliver long-term sustainable growth. You will act as a partner to the Head of Channel as well as the Head of Field Sales, whilst being a key influencer across the business. You will work cross functionally with Category, Brand, Field, Finance and your customers to ensure we are aligned behind our strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the growth of our Traditional Hospitality Groups sub-channel within On-Premise.
  • Shape and execute channel strategies that strengthen our market position.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Provide clear leadership to field teams on execution priorities and customer strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with major hospitality groups, driving joint business plans and long-term growth.
  • Own commercial outcomes—including P&L responsibility—while unlocking opportunities in ranging, distribution, and activation.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance to deliver seamless execution and outstanding results.
  • Negotiate with confidence to maximise value and optimise financial performance.

What's in your toolkit:

We’re looking for a proven commercial leader with a strong track record of success in Senior Sales or Account Management roles, ideally with experience in the Licensed space. You will bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience leading people and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Best in class stakeholder management, influencing confidently across all levels to drive alignment, resolve challenges and deliver shared commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success developing and executing strategic customer plans.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • A growth mindset, high levels of accountability, and the ability to inspire others to achieve outstanding results.
  • The agility to operate across both strategy and execution, balancing big-picture thinking with pragmatic commercial delivery.
