The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a skilled National Account Manager to help drive sustainable growth with one of our most strategic customers, Endeavour Group.
This role is suited to a strong FMCG‑trained NAM who brings sharp commercial thinking, strong customer relationships, and an insight‑led mindset. Liquor experience is ideal, but not mandatory, we’re equally open to high‑performing account managers from adjacent FMCG categories who are eager to learn and grow.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Owning and strengthening the strategic partnership with Endeavour Group, acting as a trusted, insight‑led commercial partner.
- Leading customer promotional programs end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, optimisation, and performance review.
- Using data and insights to improve promotional effectiveness, drive category growth, and maximise ROI.
- Managing trade spend, forecasting, and commercial outcomes with strong governance and rigour.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and evolve ways of working — not being afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Partnering cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, RGM, Supply Chain, and Field teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Strong NAM capability with proven FMCG experience at a national customer level
(Liquor experience is highly regarded but not essential). - Excellent customer relationship and influencing skills, with the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimising promotional programs to deliver sustainable growth.
- A data‑driven, analytical mindset — decisions are grounded in insights, not gut feel.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to connect detail to the bigger picture.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn, improve, and evolve.
- A growth mindset — open to change and not fixed in “how it’s always been done”.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
What's in it for you?
- Grow your career, we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
- Quarterly product allowance to spend at our staff shop.
- Generous incentive program available to all of our permanent team members.
- Drive transformation and innovation in a future-fit operating model.
- An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
- Birthday leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your birthday.
- Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
- Work in a culture that values diversity, collaboration and growth.
- Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
- We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
