The Opportunity

We’re building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025.

 

Reporting to our National Business Manager – Coles Liquor Group, this National Account Executive - Coles Liquor Group role offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will play a  role in establishing work processes as well as building collaborative relationships with our Coles Liquor Group partners to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy. 

 

Supporting the broader Coles Liquor Group Account team across a range of responsibilities, you will be surrounded by an experienced and passionate team who will provide input into your ongoing development.  We’re on such an exciting journey with so much opportunity for an individual who is driven and motivated to step-up their career in the exciting FMCG industry!

 

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Delivery of promotional programs for key brands in our portfolio and assist in achieving sales objectives, as well as company, channel and brand strategies
  • Support and contribute to the total Coles Liquor Group long & short-term business plans
  • Regular communication with the Coles Liquor Group to foster the customer relationship and ensure seamless execution of plans in market
  • Regular reporting of actucal performance to budget with variance analysis commentary and revised projections to minimise discrepancies
  • Process, compliance and execution of claims
  • Input into customer demand & financial forecasts to manage the demand review process

What's in your toolkit?

We are on the look-out for an individual who is eager to springboard their career in Account Management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Previous sales experience is ideal, however, we’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated with a strong drive for results who is effective in cultivating strong relationships with our customers and our colleagues to achieve win/win outcomes.  This role is key in providing the broader team with the finer detail to support key decisions – so a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data is critical for success.  A natural problem solver you won’t be afraid to get to the bottom of an issue and work through to find a solution that works.
