The Opportunity
Based in our stunning new Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD, this newly created role of Senior People & Culture Business Partner is a trusted advisor to our executive and leadership teams across our Digital & IT, Finance and Procurement functions. You will provide both operational and strategic guidance on all People-related matters and will lead key initiatives to support the delivery of our mid-term plan, including transformational change agendas and driving a high-performing culture.
Reporting to an HR Director, this is a senior role in our Oceania People & Culture team, a well-established and connected team with global resources that comes with opportunities to grow your career and development as an individual. We are transforming as a business and you can play a key role in our evolution as we take the beverage industry by storm!
Key responsibilities include:-
- Accountable for the development and achievement of the People plan and divisional mid-term strategic plans
- Establish and create road maps for divisional change management and organisational change plans
- Coach, mentor and develop Senior Executives on key people priorities
- Building high performance teams and functions including employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Talent management practices and identification across your functions in partnership with our Talent Management team
- Provide support for more complex ER cases requiring a higher level of HR expertise
- Coach and mentor People Partners in the P&C team to further develop & extend their experience

You will have demonstrated success in partnering at an Executive level within a fast-paced operating environment, with a focus on driving commercial performance. With proven experience in developing and executing the people strategy for your functions, you will leverage your exceptional relationship building skills and ability to educate and influence at all levels to embed and activate these plans. As our business is transforming, you will engage your change management capabilities and experience, taking your stakeholders on the journey with you.
