The Opportunity

The HSW Specialist  Reporting and Systems will be responsible for building the foundations for the IT systems, improving their functionality, and upskilling the HSW Team and other key roles within Suntory Oceania to ensure we are effectively leveraging the systems and tools.

 

Please note this is an 18 month fixed term contract.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Compliance - Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation by providing sound advice in relation to compliance to leaders and keeping up to date on legislated changes.
  • Systems Management – Develop and manage the HSW management systems including ensure all policies procedures, forms and tools are up to date
  • Training – Develop core training materials across different formats
  • Reporting – Provide accurate monthly KPI reporting and analytics
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Manage key internal and external relationships including IT systems providers

What's in your toolkit?

This role would suit someone who is a HSW professional that wants to be less hands on or someone early in the HSW career who is passionate about systems and processes.

  • You will be great with technology and be able to easily pick up new systems
  • A passion for health, safety and well being
  • Understanding of and ability to interpret health and safety legislation across NZ and AU
  • Experience creating engaging training material and documentation
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
