This Health, Safety & Wellbeing Senior Business Partner role is the first point of contact for our Commercial business and will provide full remit of strategic health, safety & wellbeing support, advice and mentoring, assisting implementation of practical approaches that support workers to integrate safe behaviours and practices into everyday activities and ensures the principles of health, safety and wellbeing are reflected in everyday business decisions.

You will be the key business partner for the function, responsible for developing the functional strategy and initiatives, as well as engaging, coaching and mentoring leaders to ensure risk management strategies are successfully implemented.

 

What’s in your toolkit?

To enable you to hit the ground running, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • Prior Health & Safety experience (5+ Years)
  • Experience in safety processes and investigations with a risk mindset
  • Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach, mentor and influence leaders across the organisation
  • Robust communication skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of health & safety management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to create health, safety & wellbeing (HSW) tools and resources to build HSW literacy and capability
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible in their approach as we embark on our transformation journey toward Suntory Oceania
  • Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome
  • A team player mentality
