The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hands-on Field Sales Manager to lead, coach, and energise a Licensed sales team; someone who thrives in trade, builds capability, and lifts performance through strong leadership and execution.

 

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape team culture, elevate standards, and drive sustainable performance.

 

You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field (3 days per week), coaching your team and bringing our strategy to life where it matters most: in trade.

What you'll be doing:

Lead, Coach & Develop

  • Coach individuals based on capability, adapting your approach to unlock performance.
  • Build a culture of confidence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback that drives behavioural change.
  • Lead high-quality, structured field coaching to lift team capability.
  • Develop talent and create clear development pathways.

 

Drive Performance & Standards

  • Set clear expectations and consistently role model high standards.
  • Hold the team accountable for delivering against commitments.
  • Have confident, constructive performance conversations.
  • Embed a high-performance culture across the team.

 

Execution Excellence in Trade

  • Lead from the front in driving best-in-class execution.
  • Lift the quality and impact of customer interactions.
  • Coach your team to consistently deliver against sales and execution targets.
  • Build momentum through disciplined in-market activity.

 

Engagement & Momentum

  • Create a positive, high-energy team environment.
  • Bring individuals on the journey and build strong team alignment.

What we are looking for:

We are open to adjacent industries if you’ve led high-performing field sales teams and bring:

 

  • Proven ability to coach and develop field-based sales teams.
  • A strong track record of lifting performance through people leadership.
  • Confidence in setting standards and driving accountability.
  • Experience improving sales execution and call quality.
  • A resilient leadership style with the ability to influence and engage teams.
  • Licensed / On-Premise or FMCG experience preferred (but not essential).
  • Previous people leadership experience.
