About your role
The purpose of the Field Sales Manager (Licensed) position is to effectively lead, coach and develop a highly successful team to achieve sales targets, grow and promote our product range whilst exploring new business opportunities.
Reporting into the Regional Business Manager (RBM) you will be a highly motivated individual who can balance the core requirements of people leadership while also understanding how to influence results via engagement across diverse sales channels and departments.
The role is a core execution arm, critical for bringing the Oceania Suntory strategy and values to life in trade.
What you bring:
- Prior Licensed Sales experience OR equivalent Hospitality trade experience
- Developed leadership style
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication
- High level selling and negotiation skills
- Team player, relates well with peers
- Competent level in Microsoft suite
