The Opportunity

As the Supply Replenishment Planner – Full Bottle Spirits you will play a key part in delivering the Supply Chain objectives across our manufacturing sites and logistics network ensuring that we maintain optimal levels of safety stock of both finished and semi-finished goods. The role will also contribute to cross-functional initiatives, such as projects to successfully deliver New Product Development initiatives.

 

You will take accountability for maintaining collaborative relationships with international business partners in the broader Suntory network to successfully monitor and manage stock availability and forecast revisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Own monthly forecasting and replenishment plans to support customer service and business objectives.
  • Review weekly forecast changes and sales performance, taking corrective action where required.
  • Manage fortnightly ordering and purchase order creation to ensure the correct supply volumes.
  • Identify supply and demand risks and recommend mitigation actions through the IBP process.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Own weekly stock replenishment planning for all distribution centres.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports and lead weekly S&OE meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.

Experience that you will bring:

  • Analytical ability, to adjust to plan changes.
  • Initiative to improve processes and drive to implement process change.
  • Relevant Tertiary in relevant discipline e.g. Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Business acumen & ability to navigate complex process.
