The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executive Officer during a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our leadership team and contribute to shaping the future of beverages in the region. You’ll also be part of a highly supportive EA community, collaborating with a network of experienced assistants who share knowledge and work together to deliver excellence.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll deliver proactive, high-level executive assistance and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across the Executive Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management aligned to priorities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- End-to-end travel coordination (domestic, trans-Tasman & international).
- Preparing agendas, collating pre-reads, and managing executive meetings.
- Coordinating engagement activities, events, and international visitor programs.
- Supporting process improvements and collaborating with Corporate Affairs on key initiatives.
About you:
You’ll bring the skills, experience, and attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Here’s what’s on our wishlist:
- Extensive experience supporting C-Suite executives, ideally CEO or CFO, within large, complex organisations.
- Background in global or matrixed organisations strongly preferred, with exposure to APAC and international operations.
- Proven ability to navigate and collaborate within large EA teams, fostering teamwork and providing guidance and support where needed.
- Skilled at building rapport with senior leaders and acting as a trusted, strategic business partner.
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with agility.
- Complex diary management expertise and ability to anticipate needs ahead of time.
- Hands-on approach – someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to “do the doing”.
- Experience coordinating international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics for senior international visitors.
- Strong capability in event coordination, including ELT offsites, weekly/monthly meetings, and engagement activities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional time management skills.
- Open, honest, and approachable communication style, with strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external networks.
