With operations in Australia and New Zealand our business will be powered by two local manufacturing sites, six distribution centres and more than 1500 driven and diverse Suntorians. 

The Opportunity

Due to expansion, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting our Chief People Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. At Suntory Oceania, no two days are the same so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who brings a high level of energy alongside exceptional organisational skills.

 

Supporting two members of our Executive Leadership Team, this role has a wide range of responsibilities, these include:-

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Team support
  • Event coordination
  • Presentation preparation
  • Organisation of global and regional visitors
  • Travel management
  • Processing of expenses

 

We’re in an exciting phase of transformation and growth so will best suit someone who has an agile and innovative approach to your work, this will be key to your success.  This role supports the ELT members and forms part of their broader teams.

What's in your toolkit?

With previous experience in an Executive Assistant position at C-Suite level, you have supported multiple executives.  With exceptional organisational skills, you will be adept at juggling conflicting priorities and ensuring that both the CPO & CTO can manage their days effectively through regular check-ins and balancing of requests of their time.  You will have a natural flair for relationship building and influencing skills at all levels and across the business.  Excellent written & verbal communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office suite skills are a given for this level of role.
