What is the Opportunity?

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Research and Development Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. You’ll be a trusted partner to the executives and be able to constantly stay one step ahead by anticipating business needs.

What will you be doing?

  • Executive Partnership – Provide proactive diary and email management aligned with executive priorities
  • Stakeholder Liaison – Act as the key point of contact between the executives and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Meeting & Travel Coordination – Plan and manage a high volume of domestic and international travel
  • Reporting & Presentation Support – Collate and format reports, board papers, and presentations
  • Team & Budget Support – Coordinate team calendars, oversee cost centres, manage budgets, and support team events and away days.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement enhancements to administrative processes and systems.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with other EAs and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support

What You'll Do

  • Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple senior executives
  • Proven experience building a true partnership with your executives and being able to anticipate their needs
  • Experience handling commercially sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a constantly changing environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely and support the EA team
  • Flexible style as a global business sometimes things need to be done after hours
  • Commercial curiosity and understanding of business priorities.
  • Ability to suggest and embrace new ideas and process improvements
