The Opportunity:

As the Execution Excellence Lead, you will drive the new end‑to‑end Ways of Working (WoW) that translate commercial strategy into consistent, high‑quality execution across both Modern Trade (Grocery & P&C) and Traditional Trade (OTG / Route) channels.

This is a pivotal role responsible for embedding our Perfect Store program (PiCoS – Metrics – Routines – Capability) and scaling digital enablement tools such as MYSH and TRAX. You’ll orchestrate a 14‑step Strategy‑to‑Execution cycle, connecting Marketing, Category, Sales, and Field teams to deliver flawless execution in every store, every time.

If you love turning strategy into action, simplifying complexity, and elevating execution standards across teams — this is the opportunity for you.

What you'll lead & deliver:

  • Execution Excellence & Perfect Store: Lead the full Execution Excellence Ways of Working across MTP → AOP → Channel Plans, partnering with Category, Shopper and Channel teams to embed PiCoS, Core Range and planograms. Define and govern execution KPIs to drive visibility, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Channel & In‑Store Excellence: Embed and evolve Perfect Store standards across Modern & Traditional Trade, identifying and closing annual gaps in range, share, availability and activation.
  • Governance & Commercial Rhythm: Integrate Execution Excellence into core Commercial routines — including RTMx, SMAP and monthly/quarterly governance forums — ensuring priorities remain aligned, resourced and progressing across teams.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Shopper, Category, National Sales Planning and Field teams to ensure strategy‑to‑shelf alignment and seamless execution across all activation touchpoints.
  • Digital Enablement: Maximise MYSH, TRAX and SFA tools to elevate execution quality, create actionable insights and drive performance in partnership with Digital Sales and Sales Mobility teams.
  • Assets & Investment Governance: Lead asset placement strategy across coolers, chillers, permanent POS and post‑mix, and build CAPEX/OPEX investment envelopes aligned to commercial priorities, ASO/VPO and ROI targets.

What you bring:

  • Prior experience in Commercial, Sales, or Trade Marketing within FMCG or Beverage.
  • Strong multi‑channel experience (Modern, Traditional, Licensed).
  • Hands‑on experience leading Perfect Store or Retail Excellence programs at scale.
  • Strong analytical ability, problem‑solving skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Digital and data fluency, ideally with TRAX, Sales Mobility, or SFA platforms.
  • Highly collaborative, strong communicator, and comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong process, systems and governance mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.

What's in it for you?

  • Grow your career – we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
  • Drive transformation and innovation in a future-fit operating model.
  • Generous incentive program for all of our permanent employees.
  • An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Birthday leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
  • Work in a culture that values diversity, collaboration and growth.
  • Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
  • We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
