The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Equipment Administration Manager to join our Sydney team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is pivotal in managing our refrigeration and draught equipment assets across Australia, ensuring operational excellence and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Refrigeration Asset Management:
- Maintain and administer SAP PM database for fridge placements and movements.
- Liaise with outsourced partners and internal teams to ensure accurate asset tracking.
- Make repair/replace decisions aligned with ROI frameworks.
- Provide monthly financial reporting and freight journal reconciliations.
Draught Equipment Management:
- Oversee installations, quoting, and mobile bar setups for licensed venues and events.
- Maintain detailed trackers and coordinate with suppliers and finance teams.
- Manage fridge and draught equipment requests and escalations.
About you:
- Proven customer service excellence in a multi-functional environment.
- Robust stakeholder management skills. (Internal & External)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Asset management experience. (Preferably in the refrigeration space)
- SAP (Plant Maintenance module) experience. (Desirable)
- The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
