The opportunity

As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and building trusted relationships with our customers. You’ll drive transparency, agility, and excellence across the supply chain, helping us become the Most Trusted, Respected, and Loved Supplier.

What you’ll be doing

  • Customer Connection: Manage day-to-day customer supply chain needs, analyze service failures, and lead recovery initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate customer meetings, coordinate reporting, and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver supply chain improvements and cost-saving innovations.
  • Integrated Business Planning: Provide customer insights to support planning and forecasting.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities align with safety standards and company policies.

What’s in your toolkit?

  • Strong collaborative leadership and strategic thinking
  • Previous experience in Vendor Replenishment Planning, Key Account Management, or National Account Management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset and customer-centric approach
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results
  • Experience in high-performing team environments
  • Exposure to digital tools and automation in supply chain
