The Opportunity

Reporting to the Logistics Director – Oceania, the Customer Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in the Logistics Leadership team, being the interface into key licenced customers and retailers managing operational and strategic partnerships with their replenishment, planning and logistics teams.

 

With a customer first mindset you will successfully ensure that mutually beneficial partnerships are established and maintained, that are built on trust, leveraging and continuously improving our operating standards of excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive robust connections between; Logistics, Planning and Customer Service and VRP’s at a customer level.
  • Support continuous improvements initiatives relating to customer forecasting and collaboration (particularly 1-13 week promo window), SC execution of major promo’s, activations, NPD and peak periods.
  • Win in the marketplace by leading specific customer level initiatives to drive mutual benefits across the value chain e.g. logistics efficiency projects, on shelf availability projects.
  • Ensure optimal customer services results aligned with optimal inventories and a balanced platform to manage stock allocations.
