The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager – Sales to join the team on a fixed term contract and partner closely with our Sales team and deliver high-impact commercial insights that drive performance.
 

In this role, you’ll be a key Finance Business Partner to the Australian Sales team—providing commercial guidance, financial analysis, and strategic support to optimise decision-making and deliver results.

 

You’ll bring data to life—translating insights into actionable recommendations, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and helping shape commercial strategies across channels and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to provide commercial advice, insights, and performance analysis
  • Deliver value-adding financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting, including NSV & GP
  • Analyse trading terms, pricing, and revenue growth initiatives (RGM)
  • Drive volume, price, and mix insights to optimise commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category, RGM, and Finance teams
  • Contribute to strategic projects and change initiatives across the business

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in commercial finance or business partnering, ideally within FMCG
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curiosity-driven mindset
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to drive better outcomes
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with dataA proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach
