The Opportunity:

This is an outstanding fixed-term opportunity, with the potential to become permanent, for an early-career finance professional who is CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion) and looking to accelerate their commercial finance career in a high-profile, stakeholder-facing role.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager – ANZ Marketing Finance, you'll provide analytical and commercial finance support across marketing investment, forecasting, reporting, innovation and portfolio performance. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to deliver meaningful insights that influence key business decisions.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and confident in constructively challenging stakeholders when needed. While you'll receive ongoing coaching, training and support, you'll also be empowered to take ownership, work autonomously and proactively drive outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Supporting A&P forecasting, tracking, reporting and governance processes.
  • Analysing marketing spend, identifying variances, risks and opportunities.
  • Assisting month-end activities including accruals, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Producing management reports, dashboards and performance insights.
  • Supporting forecasting, planning cycles and commercial decision-making through financial analysis and modelling.
  • Assisting with innovation business cases, portfolio analysis and investment evaluations.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver financial insights and recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and controls.

Ingredients for Success:

Just like crafting iconic brands such as V Energy, Suntory Boss Coffee, Celsius & Maximus, the right ingredients make all the difference. We're looking for someone who brings a blend of:

  • CA or CPA qualifications (Completed or nearing completion).
  • Prior experience in a Commercial Finance, FP&A, Commercial Analyst or Management Accounting role.
  • Prior experience partnering with Marketing or Sales functions.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting or month-end processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to challenge assumptions and stakeholders constructively.
  • The confidence to operate with ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and genuine curiosity about how the business operates.
  • FMCG, consumer goods, retail or other fast-paced commercial environment experience. (Highly Regarded)

What's in it for you?

  • Grow your career, we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
  • Quarterly product allowance to spend at our staff shop.
  • Drive transformation and innovation in a future-fit operating model.
  • An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Birthday leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
  • Work in a culture that values diversity, collaboration and growth.
  • Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
  • We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
