We are looking for a Category Specialist to join our Procurement team and support the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies across warehousing, transport, freight, and logistics services.
Reporting to the Warehousing & Logistics Category Manager, you will play a key role in delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimisation—while supporting a resilient, ethical, and high‑performing logistics supply network across Suntory Oceania.
This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, regional collaboration, and the opportunity to build deep category expertise within a large-scale FMCG environment.
This is an 18 month fixed term contract.

You’re a commercially minded procurement professional with experience in logistics or supply chain categories. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams, building strong supplier relationships, and using data and market insight to drive better outcomes.
Key capabilities we’re looking for include:
- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain (logistics or FMCG preferred)
- Understanding of logistics, freight, warehousing, or transport markets and suppliers
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to identify cost savings and value creation opportunities
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and H&S
- Analytical skills with experience using procurement systems (e.g. SAP, eSourcing tools)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
