The Opportunity:

As BI Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Analytics, AI & Automation (AAA) capability. You’ll own the Analytics Product layer, translating business needs into scalable, governed, and insight-driven solutions built on Azure, Databricks, and consumed through Power BI.

 

You’ll partner with business Product Owners, Data Engineering, AI, and Automation teams to define and deliver a clear BI product roadmap that lifts analytics maturity and enables trusted insights at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the BI Strategy: Own and evolve the BI product vision and roadmap aligned to AAA strategy and business priorities.
  • Deliver Scalable Solutions: Ensure BI products align with Azure and Databricks standards and support advanced analytics use cases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface between business and technical teams, driving prioritisation and adoption.
  • Advanced BI Development: Guide the design of high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports, applying strong DAX and SQL skills.
  • Data Governance: Embed governance, metric consistency, and security into BI products.
  • Agile Delivery: Manage the BI product backlog and deliver iteratively within Agile frameworks.
  • Commercial Impact: Ensure BI solutions deliver measurable business value across revenue growth, cost efficiency, and performance.

What you need to be successful:

  • Expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX and SQL skills.
  • Strong understanding of Azure and Databricks platforms.
  • Proven experience in Agile product management and stakeholder engagement.
  • A data governance mindset and ability to embed trust into analytics products.
  • Commercial acumen to translate insights into business outcomes.

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and semantic modelling.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Aesthetic sense for creating visually compelling dashboards.
