Web3 Technical Product Manager (Smart Contract)

Role responsibilities

• Take in charge of the entire Suntory Web3 product direction and come up with new features and functionalities
• Prioritize product features with facts and/or data, balance business impact technical feasibility, user experience and implementation schedules
• Identify user personas, define use cases and design convincing user journeys for new features and products
• Gain a deep understanding of product usage, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grows market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Analyze competitors and develop positioning strategy and translate it into detailed requirements and product roadmap
• Engage with users and internal teams to accumulate feedback to reflect on product/feature ideation
• Creating loyalty programs for blockchain to increase engagement.
• Technical Stakeholders’ management of digital products both internally and externally
• Support/lead high-level initiatives around digital to group companies
• Collaborate with key partners such as ETH Foundation, Polygon Foundation and MetaMask

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with a minimum 10 years of work experience.

• Having minimum 5 years of product management experience

• Having deep experience in developing ETH or Polygon blockchain

• Hands-on knowledge & understanding of the blockchain technologies

• Must have a real work experience in the Layer 1 or Layer 2 companies

• Thorough understanding of web3 product design and development

• Having experience in developing NFT marketplace is preferred.

• Able to write/speak English, and preferred to have some local language capabilities such as Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese as well as Japanese
