Senior Manager, Transformation Office for Suntory Beverage & Food International (SBFI) is responsible for leading the programme of change, working closely with the SBFI leaders and Executive teams, to successfully deliver the change management of the new SBFI organization. The role will be responsible for day-to-day management of the total programme, involving multiple business functions (Procurement, P&C, Finance, Digital / IT, etc.) and across global locations (Europe, APAC, North America). 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, comfortable in engaging with multiple stakeholders at various levels, and who can effectively communicate and influence to deliver shared outcomes. He/she will have good ability to understand strategies and objectives, and have  experienced working in a matrix organisation with awareness of intercultural differences. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the transformation programme to deliver the benefits of the objective. 
  • Designs the holistic transformation program across functions, working with each leaders to define workstream actions, and identify interdependencies
  • Provides direction to programme stakeholders, and project teams to enable timely delivery against agreed milestones. 
  • Designs and manages programme governance to enable effective decision-making. 
  • Oversees the preparation, review and reporting of project progress against: (i) agreed milestones; and (ii) achievement of benefits against strategy-driven targets; providing timely reporting to the Transformation Management Office and Executive Committees. 
  • Identifies and recommends re-alignment of programme plan, where appropriate, to assure delivery of stated benefits. 
  • Identifies and calls out emerging risks and potential roadblocks to successful implementation early. 

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of experience leading multi-functional, multi-locational transformation programs.
  • Proven experience in leading complex business-led transformation 
  • Strategic consulting skills coupled with deep experience developing and implementing transformational business strategies. 
  • Effective management of stakeholder interests across organisational structure. 
  • Financial acumen and commercial awareness. 
  • Credibility and confidence working at senior levels in the organisation; comfortable working with C-suite executives across the range of business functions.
