Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

The purpose of this position is to support APAC Fusion Transformation initiatives including implementing Finance Operating Model, including defining role of CoE functions such as Treasury and Tax. In addition, the role will assist in region initiatives such as driving G&A as % of NSV.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Transformation Lead, this role will provide support to FUSION project implementation that includes
  • Implementation of CFIN and S4 Hana initiatives
  • Working closely with BU and provide necessary support in training and validation of data migrations.
  • Acting as a resource support for BUs as required for project implementation
  • Support finance process improvement initiatives: This involves redesigning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, implementing new technologies or systems, and developing metrics to measure progress.
  • Involvement in ad-hoc corporate strategy / project
• Provide SAP SME support to Bus and external partners. 
• Resistance to change – Projects require changes to processes, systems, and ways of working, which can be met with resistance from BUs
• Stakeholder management - Transformation projects will involve multiple stakeholders, including employees, senior leadership, and external partners.
   

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong financial and analytical skills including the ability to identify patterns and trends in financial data and to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Experience in change management and working across cultures in a diverse environment.
• Strong communication skills to clearly communicate to a variety of stakeholders, including BU stakeholders and external partners.
