About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Designer to join our innovative team. As an Experienced Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the
future of our products by creating exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define product
requirements, and deliver visually stunning and intuitive designs.

Responsibilities

User Research:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions.

Product Strategy:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
• Prioritize features based on user value and business impact.

Design Thinking:

• Apply design thinking methodologies to generate innovative solutions and drive product development.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate and refine product concepts.

UI/UX Design:

•    Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product concepts.
•    Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet usability standards.
•    Develop design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
•    Working closely UI/UX designer based in Indonesia

Collaboration:

•     Work closely with engineers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful product implementation.
• Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

Testing and Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing to evaluate product designs and identify areas for improvement
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and problem-solving
abilities.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating innovative and user-centered products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with data analysis and A/B testing.

This position will be hired under Suntory Business Expert APAC.
