Manager, Business Solutions

Job Summary

The Business Solutions Manager will oversee the implementation and support of SAP FI/CO modules, particularly SAP S4 HANA Finance. With extensive experience in regional implementation and operational support, this role requires expertise in SAP full life cycle implementations.

Job Responsibilities

Business Solutions Manager, within the Finance and HR areas, leverage solution expertise to:

• Drive implementation, adoption as well as governance of Enterprise Business solutions like SAP, and strike balance between meeting business needs & adhere to solution design templates that enables scalability and cost optimization.
• Assess suitable and leverage Enterprise solutions from Global where applicable to meet SBFA needs.
• Work with local BU IT Business Partners to ensure Business transformation agenda is understood, business solutions are ready to support existing operations, and roadmap aligned to support future growth agenda.
• Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, testing and implementation of Business solutions.
• Coordinates and takes the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of IT applications in his/her area of responsibility.
• Drives small to medium sized projects with planning, design and implementation of solutions.
• Build core capabilities of business solution expertise to support the deployment (i.e. projects) & maintenance/support of strategic applications in SBFA, and where applicable, help IT team members (including external partners) to build understanding of SBFA business in order to offer right solution
• Leads regional SAP Finance & HR technology decisions, articulates alternatives and direction to Senior IT and Management as and when needed.
• Advocates, supports and promotes the Digital IT transformation agenda.

Skills and Experience

Education:

• Degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or its equivalent preferred
• SAP Certification in SAP Finance S4 HANA

Relevant Experience:

• 7+ years in regional implementation/operational support for SAP FI & CO modules.

• Mandatory experience in SAP S4 HANA Finance.

• Preferred experience in SAP Concur, SAC, BPC, and Kofax Readsoft.

• 2+ SAP full life cycle implementations.

Functional Skills:

• Expertise in SAP FI/CO, GL, AP, AR, AA, and COPA.

• Knowledge of other SAP modules (SD, MM, PS) and their integration with FI/CO, plus Concur, Kofax Readsoft, and Hyperion.

• Desirable understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.

• Proven ability to collaborate with remote colleagues and IT partners.

• International experience, especially in the beverage industry or CGS, is a plus.

• ITIL and project management knowledge, with experience in Agile/ASAP methodology, is mandatory.
