About your role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager, Brand Development to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pacific. This role plays a key part in shaping and strengthening the beverage portfolio across SBF Asia, including brands such as Ribena, CC Lemon, Lucozade, and Suntory Oolong. The position is responsible for driving portfolio strategy and innovation initiatives to ensure the brands continuously meet the evolving needs of Seikatsusha and dynamic market conditions, while aligning with overall business objectives.

What You'll Do

Brand Management – Ribena

  • Lead and support end-to-end project management across key Ribena initiatives, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery across all stages.
  • Take ownership of major projects including PPA, in-house pack movement, and cost-saving initiatives, driving strong cross-functional coordination and execution excellence.
  • Conduct Gemba visits to understand Seikatsusha needs, identify emerging market trends, and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Support the development of future-back innovation pipelines to capture new Consumption Entry Points (CEPs) and unlock sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor development costs, A&M, and consumer research budgets, working closely with Finance & Planning to ensure disciplined budget control

 

Brand Management – Suntory Oolong, C.C. Lemon & Orangina

  • Drive innovation management by overseeing concept development, NPD pipelines, and stage-gate processes to ensure successful launches.
  • Support market and portfolio expansion initiatives to strengthen brand presence across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and commercial teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and seamless commercialization.
    Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional priorities and overall business goals.

What You need to be successful

  • A hands-on, doer mindset with the drive to execute, deliver, and grow within the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of proven brand leadership experience at Brand Manager or equivalent level, ideally with exposure across multiple geographies.
  • Strong strategic thinking supported by strong commercial and marketing acumen.
  • Solid experience in brand marketing and project management, with a consistent track record of OTIF execution.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding abilities and the capability to influence across crossfunctional and crossmarket teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging senior leaders, BU partners, and global teams.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to challenge norms and generate fresh ideas.
  • Willingness to travel for market visits, Gemba immersions, and business collaboration needs.
