About your role

The Manager, Analytics Product will lead the design, development, and management of end-to-end analytics products across Asia for Suntory. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven solutions, including AI-augmented analytics, advanced analytics, and visualization capabilities that enable informed business decision-making and drive organizational value.

Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, the incumbent will work closely with regional stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics products and actionable insights. Combining strong analytical thinking, data interpretation expertise, and product ownership, this role will play a critical part in advancing Suntory's analytics transformation journey and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

What You'll Do

Analytics Product Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products, including AI-powered analytics and visualization solutions.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.

Product Planning & Delivery

  • Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to design scalable analytics solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized use cases.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across analytics products and KPIs.

Analytics & Insights

  • Transform business challenges into analytical frameworks, metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Define and standardize KPIs with business teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets to understand priorities and opportunities.
  • Act as the bridge between business, data engineering, and data science teams to drive successful delivery.

Adoption & Business Impact

  • Drive product adoption through training, engagement, and change management.
  • Monitor product usage and continuously improve solutions based on feedback.

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Product Management, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Delivery roles.
  • Strong business acumen, particularly within Commercial and Finance functions, with the ability to translate business challenges into analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, KPI frameworks, master data management, and analytics best practices.
  • Good knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning concepts, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools; experience with Python or data engineering is an advantage.
  • Experience working with GenAI platforms and AI-enabled analytics solutions is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale technology initiatives and external vendors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, regional, and local teams in a matrixed environment.
