We are seeking a driven and meticulous Assistant Manager, Key Account (eCommerce & Pharmacy) to join our Sales team at Suntory Beverage & Food Singapore. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering key customer sell out (GSV & NSV) budget by driving strategic initiatives to attain sustainable growth. You will also be responsible to foster strong customer relationship, implement customer strategies to drive topline sales and optimize trade spend to maximize profitability.
Job Responsibilities

Develop the annual account business plans in line with company brand and sales objectives to drive sustainable achievement of company annual and monthly Gross Sales and Net Sales targets within spend budget and company guidelines

Preparation and negotiation of Customer Account Plans with proactiveness to ensure the achievement of deliverables

Monitoring and reviewing of account scorecards by category in accordance with prescribed methodology and timeline

Analysis of sales performance for each customer, sharing of customer insights and proposal of actional next steps

Establishing positive internal and external customer relationships; including timely sharing of marketing intelligence to internal stakeholders

Responsible for key accounts receivable and invoicing
Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Commerce/Retail Marketing or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing
- Strong in account management and negotiation
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Successful sales track record as well as strong key account management
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationship with customers
- Positive attitude and meticulous in execution
- Innovative & creative – takes initiative to test, learn & drive improvement to achieve better commercial outcomes
