About your role
Develop and Lead Marketing strategy to win in North and work with different departments to drive the implementation to turn business plan into real results
What You'll Do
- Define right and impactful strategies for this assigned market based on market intelligence; lead development plan for brand portfolios growth strategies and business plan to deliver brand vision, business objectives, P&L across key categories and financial targets
- Conduct research, evaluate findings to defining the end-to-end roadmap for all SPVB portfolios, drives commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, integrated communication, etc. to deliver brand portfolios' objectives
- Tracking industry and market trends, identify gaps in the market and translate them into business opportunities
- Implement effective brand portfolios strategy for North, collaborating with other Category Heads, Consumer Insight and Media and Marketing Operation in all of the development, adaptation, and implementation stages
- Effectively allocate, manage and tracking marketing budget for North and ensure commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with key partners/stakeholders (Sales, Trade, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, etc.) to consult and input for Category and Channel plan for North
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales team to have this plan executed

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field is required
- At least 8-10 years of experience in FMCG MNC with both Marketing and Trade Marketing.
- Influential & alignment skill with cross-function & high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent of English & communication
- Excellent at project management
- Can-do attitude with strong influencing skill, delivering the results and able to make change
- Self-motivated
- Mobile and willing to travel frequently
