Senior Account Manager - Modern Trade

About your role

Build volume, revenue, & profitability in assigned channel/customers of Modern Trade by selling in Initiatives establish during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage, and ensure all assigned accounts of Modern Trade comply with SPVB performance standards and CDA commitments.

What You'll Do

1. Grow volume, revenue and share in the Modern Trade channel
- Develop, sell, and execute effective CDAs (Customer Development Agreement) with identified customers
- Lead planning until execution JBP and Top to Top with customers
- Develop and keep updated an account plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP)
- Develop initiatives/category development plan in assigned accounts to improve the business performance based on shopper insights
- Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned
- Develop specific standards for assortment, visibility, branding, display, pricing, promotions activities for accounts to enhance brand image and gain share.
- Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field
- Monitor & control MT Budget to increase revenue per case. Analyze the results of MT budget used
- Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard
- Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary
 
2. Drive for execution
- Coach/lead team for business performance
- Setting objectives and tracking results
- Set clear objectives that are consistent with company goals with each member of the team
- Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions to internal and external
- Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis and take corrective actions
 
3. Identify & Win New Business
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new projects/new activities/ new customers) and lead until execution
- Develop SPVB products in new accounts in assigned location with effective CDA
 
4. Others
- Coordinate with MTM & MTE to execute daily sales operation in assigned location
- Lead problem solving and address team issue
- Other projects/assignments to cope with new changes
- Other ad-hoc requests to support business
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

What You need to be successful

  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences in FMCG.
  • Good knowledge & understanding of Modern Trade channel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and individual influencing skills
  • Initiative, proactive and result-oriented
  • Strategic thinking, conceptual thinking
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Good command of English (both verbal and writing)
