Warehouse Operator - Saraburi Plant (B7)
Job Responsibilities :
- Support WH Officer in incoming material inspection based on Quality Control requirements
- Record delivery data in the truck queue system.
- Inspect the condition of delivery trucks and incoming raw materials using Power App: Receiving Record.
- Verify all documents, including Invoice, PO, COA, Delivery Note, Packing List, Truck Check Sheet, and Blind Count Report.
- Create storage unit (SU) pallet tags, print stickers, and attach one SU per pallet.
- Perform Goods Receipt for packaging materials in SAP to comply with FIFO/FEFO systems, and submit documents to WH Officer.
- Prepare equipment for loading, including checking the condition of pallets and FL
- Monitor and control Forklift driver to work under warehouse WI, Food Safety/HSE
- Conduct cycle count of Packaging material
- Coordinate with the material planning team when the material has problems from receiving work. Along with finding solutions to various problems
- Prepare plan the material transfer RM&PM to production line to comply with FIFO/ FEFO System
- Create Transfer Orders (TO) in SAP for forklift drivers to use handheld scanners to issue materials to production
- Recheck and confirm the accuracy of RM & PM before delivery to the production line
- Receive online material return forms from production, perform physical counts, and sign off on returned materials.
- Create TOs in SAP for forklift drivers to use handheld scanners to return materials to warehouse storage locations.
- Conduct Gemba walks in storage areas to check glass control, master cleaning, and temperature control. (recorded in Power App).
- Return mesh pallets (preforms) to vendors by taking photos and recording RTP in Power App.
- Coordinate issue resolution with Admin and Supervisor
- Close gaps identified during Gemba walks and coordinate resolutions with Admin and Supervisors.
- Process return of RM & PM to suppliers in cases of NCR.
- Act as the 5S area owner at the end of each night shift.
- Prepare products awaiting destruction and conduct joint checks with FN and external auditors.
- Perform physical counts of packaging materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of traceability information for the receipt and transfer of RM & PM.
Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Work Experience in Warehouse at least 3 years.
- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Able in English Communication.
- Skill in Warehouse Document Checking.
- SAP Knowledge is Preferred.
- Skill in Communication and Coordination inside and outside Company.
- Basic Knowledge and understand for Stock Count and Stock Card.
- Able to Control the Subordinate.
