Warehouse Officer - Saraburi Plant

Job Summary

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management of material flow, ensuring that both direct and indirect materials are received, stored,

and delivered according to company policy and production schedules. This role acts as a critical link between procurement, quality control, and internal customers

to maintain optimal stock levels while strictly adhering to safety, food security, and financial compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • To manage and control all materials to delivery as agreement with required document as company policy.
  • To manage indirect materials (operating supply) to delivery as agreement with required document as company policy.
  • To coordinate with direct material team to received material base on delivery schedule.
  • To ensure that have suitable stock of material to support internal customers without breakdown from responsible material.
  • Center of Foods Safety and HSE document for warehouse department.
  • Handle claim letter and co-ordinate with internal or external on concern.
  • To provide document to internal and external customers base on requirement and job responsible.
  • Monitoring Aging of direct materials or indirect materials base on Pepsi policy in surplus, scrap, obsolete items and returned goods in coordination with Finance and/or QC
  • To issue Purchasing requisition in SAP for warehouse base on requirement and budget control.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team for incoming materials.
  • To done job as Leader requirement.
  • Work with honesty/Loyalty and GCS control 
  • Follow Company Rule Code of Conduct
  • Know the potential hazards/environmental impacts and necessary safeguards/controls in their work area(s) 
  • Report hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, etc.
  • Understand why HSE is important to self and the Company
  • Participate in HSE activities and training 

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor in Logistic Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 3 year working experience in Logistic, Planning, Purchasing, Store or familiar with Multinational Manufacturing preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure.
  • Service-minded and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.
