Warehouse Officer - Saraburi Plant
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily stock checks of secondary packaging materials (PM) such as Label &Sleeve pet, Shrink film , Sticker , Stretch film
- Monitor production output of each line to plan and call for sufficient raw materials according to the production schedule
- Control and monitor the daily stock levels of PM
- Coordinate with Procurement and Suppliers to schedule deliveries according to the production plan.
- Follow up on PM deliveries to ensure compliance with the assigned slot times.
- Prepare reports and update the delivery schedule for each secondary packaging material ( PM)
- Update new PM in Delivery plan
- Monitor and deplete existing PM stocks in the warehouse and at suppliers prior to switching to new PM.
- Conduct a gemba walk at the CO₂ tank and syrup room to check available stock for supporting plan call-offs.
- Make adjustments to the RM&PM plan and communicate the revised plan to the supplier."
- Work in the SAP system to retrieve PM stock, Check daily production output
- Update new PM or materials that have been changed
- Participate in planning meetings every Monday and Thursday with Planning, Production, and Procurement teams.
- Review BOMs and update material usage for each product at least once a year or whenever changes occur.
- Update purchase orders in the Material Delivery Plan and Raw Material Delivery Reports.
- Monitor aging of RM & PM stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to solve issuesUpdate new products and new RM&PM in the plan for accurate consumption calculations.
- Coordinate and prepare raw materials for trial and commercial runs.
- Follow up and coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments to handle raw materials with quality issues and follow credit notes
- Review the list of raw materials and update it in the material delivery plan report
Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor in Logistic Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 year working experience in Logistic, Planning, Purchasing, Store or familiar with Multinational Manufacturing preferred.
- Highly self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure.
- Service-minded and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fair in English both writing and reading.
- Positive thinking, active and high responsible.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
