Syrup Technician - Saraburi plant

Job Summary

To ensure the process preparation of raw materials, supply volume plan as per production requirement, CIP activities in the efficient, clean, sanitary manner, and meet quality standards as specified. To ensure that the machine is operated in the most efficient, safe, economical and continuous way at its optimum capacity and coordinate with maintenance to ensure machine in good condition for production. To ensure that the cleanliness of the facilities and its surroundings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Control and follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security and safety and good hygiene in the process area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and calculate finish syrup volume, the requirement of the raw materials as per production plan and set schedule of mixing plan.
  • Check the availability of the production materials for the next production schedule based on the schedule provided by the supervisor.  Gives feedback to the Syrup supervisor and Materials Section for any insufficient stock.
  • Coordinate with Filler operator and Quality Process Technician on the availability of finish syrup, CIP activities plan.
  • Ensure that all equipment and machine components in the Process areas are in good operating condition and addresses the problems encountered with regards to their performance correctly.
  • Monitor and records operating parameters must be followed SOP and WI documents.
  • Report immediately to the Syrup supervisor for any problems encountered in the performance of the equipment or other untoward situation that needs outright attention.
  • Perform troubleshooting in case of minor problems encountered and coordinate with assigned engineering technician for any technical problem.
  • Check conditions of the facilities such as the pumps, gauges, pipes, tanks and other auxiliary equipment.
  • Know the potential hazards/environmental impacts and necessary safeguards/controls in their work area(s)
  • Report hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, etc.
  • Understand why HSE is important to self and the Company.
  • Participate in HSE activities and training.

Skills and Experience

•    High vocational diplomas (or higher) of Mechanical, Electrical or other related Technical Professional. 
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Beverage manufacturing process.
•    Familiar with production planning and control.
•    With good working and moral attitude.
•    Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
