Syrup Supervisor - Saraburi plant

Job Summary

Responsibility in Beverage process including process preparation of raw materials, supply volume plan as per production requirement, CIP activities, Water treatment facilities and process in the efficient, clean, sanitary manner, and meet quality standards as specified. This is to ensure the continuous supply of the treated water and finished syrup volume as per production volume requirement at optimum cost with the right quality standards and at the right time. Create Productivity Project to improve Machine efficiency and Cost Saving. Proactive with strong commitment to achieve target.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage plan and review calculation finish syrup volume, the requirement of the raw materials as per production plan and set schedule of mixing plan.
  • Monitor the operating parameters of all key controls in water treatment plant and ensure capacity treated water available to deliver as per production volume requirement.
  • Regularly monitors the performance and quality of RO water in order to control the processing system is in good conditions.
  • Coordinate with PET Line Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, and Quality Supervisor on the availability of finish syrup, CIP activities plan, material availability,
  • Ensure that all equipment and machine components in the Water Treatment Plant and Process areas are in good operating condition and address the problems encountered with regards to their performance correctly.
  • Ensure products conformity and lead to conduct root cause analysis to the product non-conformity or process deficiency related to the WTP & Syrup process and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and verify the implemented solutions.
  • Ensure that WTP Operator, Syrup technician and Concentrate Dumper records operating parameters must be followed SOP and WI documents.
  • Ensure of the data record, reports, and log sheets updated as per control.
  • Report immediately to the Production Line Manager for any problems encountered in the performance of the equipment or other untoward situation that needs outright attention.
  • Perform troubleshooting in case of minor problems encountered and coordinate with assigned engineering technician for any technical problem.
  • To ensure that the machine is operated in the most efficient, safe, economical and continuous way at its optimum capacity and coordinate with maintenance to ensure machine in good condition for production.
  • To ensure that the cleanliness of the facilities and its surroundings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial and other related Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supervisor roles and Beverage Manufacturing plant.
  • Technical knowledge required; Beverage technology, Mixing syrup, Water treatment technology, Process Engineering.
  • Familiar with production planning and control.
  • With good working and moral attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
  • TPM and Kaizen knowledge.
  • Miteco, Krones Beverage system will be benefit.
