Senior Operation Leader - Saraburi Plant

Job Summary :

This position has role and responsibilities to assist Operation Supervisor for effectively manage, direct, and control the packaging line towards the achievement of its objectives, achieve the target yields and minimizing wastages, to efficiently serve the logistics group of its distribution volume requirements at optimum cost with high quality standards. Ensure that all machines are operated in the most efficient, safe, economical, and continuous way at its optimum capacity. Guide the team to a common goal, trust and commitment by continuous motivation and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Monitor all production activities in Packaging line towards the achievement of the objective of producing continuously the required volume of full goods, effectively and at optimum cost and with meet quality standards and KPI target.
•    Ensure Packing line to handle at least 2 lines included all equipment and machine components in the Packaging line are good operating condition and addresses, the problems encountered with regards to their performance correctly.
•    Demonstrate awareness for product and process design and explain product characteristics of current product and new products, aware technical of qualification to assure process and product reliability.
•    Ensure all maintenance processes (end to end operation) in Packaging Line are managed as CILT standards, efficiently run, and servicing of machines are adequate and proper in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. It also embodies the assurance that proper sanitation of the manufacturing process and its surroundings are done before and after bottling operations, identify deviation of machines on response operation area and point to the cause of deviation.
•    Perform troubleshooting in case of minor problems encountered and coordinate with assigned maintenance technician for any technical problem.
•    Identify abnormal issues in packaging line and strong to do root cause analysis and repair the machine in case of breakdown with Emergency Action, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action to achieve high performing and productivity lines/operation.
•    Optimize all operational materials for manufacturing processes and machines, control yield material and reduce materials loss.
•    Assist Operation Supervisor to plan and coordinate the daily activities e.g.  Supply of beverage from process, Problems encountered, Production schedules, Startup and shutdown of whole line equipment, Package, Flavor, or Batch change, Supply of packaging material, Support departments, Repair & maintenance with Maintenance Technical.
•    Build team in workplace and manage people to institute corrective measure when the problem occurs and build multi skill with other abilities at all machines and maintain production process line.
•    Conduct HoRenSo and Cross Communication to solve and prevent reoccurrence issue or close gaps or pending problems with collaborate of cross function team.
•    Monitor process quality, product quality, routine check as per Quality and Food Safety Mandates.
•    Lead all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Material management, Environment Health & Safety standards, ISO and Plant requirements.
•    Other jobs as assigned.

Skills and Experience :

•    Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and other related Engineering.
•    3+ years of proven experience in Beverage PET In-line Blowing & Filling technology.
•    Understanding of fundamental of equipment and process technical knowledge - Blow molding technology, Beverage Filling technology, Packaging technology, Technical Engineering, and Maintenance skill.
•    Good people management skills, team co-ordination.
•    Knowledge in Problem solving, Kaizen, TPM, Lean manufacturing or Six sigma, Quality checking skill are an advantage.
•    Literacy of spoken and written English and computer.
•    Able to work under pressure and work overtime and shift.
