Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure immediate correction and repair of the machine before, during and after operation to ensure and machine efficient run.
• To ensure that the cleanliness of the machine, facilities and its surroundings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security and safety and good hygiene in the process area.
• Check and repair of machine/ equipment periodically as per preventive scheduled plan or as necessary.
• Optimize usage all materials for machine assigned for reducing materials loss.
• Monitor quality results and coordinate in maintaining established standards of quality for all manufactured products.
• Coordinates with the concerned operator in the packaging line.
• Monitor and records operating parameters must be followed SOP and WI documents.
• Ensure of the data record, reports, and log sheets updated as per control.
• Ensure hand-over shift operator over all reports and log sheets which provide all the information about the production run status.
• Return and restore proper arrangement of tools and materials before leaving.
• Performs the necessary start –up and shut down operation in accordance with the standard operation procedure (SOP) or as recommended by the manual.
• Perform troubleshooting in case of minor problems encountered and coordinate with assigned engineering technician for any technical problem.
• Report immediately to the PET Line supervisor for any problems encountered in the performance of the equipment or other untoward situation that needs outright attention.

Skills and Experience

• Vocational of Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic course.
• Good working, attitude and moral character.
• Literate Understanding of fundamental of equipment, knowledge of problem solving and preventive/corrective maintenance concept.
• Able to work under pressure and work overtime and shift.
• Basic command of spoken and written English.
