Operation Supervisor - Saraburi plant
Job Summary
Lead and manage the packaging line towards the achievement of its objectives, maximize line efficiency, deliver supply volume as business required at optimum cost, and meet quality standards. Create Productivity Project to improve Machine efficiency and Cost Saving. Proactive with strong commitment to achieve target.
Job Responsibilities
- To ensure the process preparation of raw materials, packaging materials, supply volume plan as per production requirement, CIP activities in the efficient, clean, sanitary manner, and meet quality standards as specified.
- To ensure that the machine is operated in the most efficient, safe, economical and continuous way at its optimum capacity and coordinate with maintenance to ensure machine in good condition for production.
- To ensure that the cleanliness of the facilities and its surroundings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Manage and ensure communication of plant objectives well communicate to packaging line operators and well coordinate cross-functional.
- Control and follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security and safety and good hygiene in the process area.
- Lead and manage all activities in the Packaging line towards the achievement of the objective in producing continuously the required supply volume, line efficiency at optimum cost, meet quality standards, and KPIs target.
- Ensure that all equipment and machine components in the Packaging line are in good operating condition and addresses the problems encountered with regards to their performance correctly.
- Report daily production volume and downtime report to the production team and cross-functional and evaluate performances for possible improvements.
- Plan and implement shift and overtime schedule.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or other related Engineering Profession. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PET manufacturing process.
- Understanding of fundamental of equipment, knowledge of problem solving and preventive/corrective maintenance concept.
- Possess technical knowledge in the following:
- Stretch – Blow molding technology
- Beverage Filling technology
- Packaging technology (Packer machine, Labeler, Palletizer)
- Maintenance Engineering
- Familiar with production planning and control.
- With good working and moral attitude.
- Good command of spoken and written English and computer literate.
- TPM and Kaizen knowledge.
- Krones and KHS PET Beverage system will be benefit.
