Salesforce Management Manager

About your role

Role: Drive end-to-end Sales Force Management by building effective sourcing strategies, standardizing recruitment processes, and ensuring qualified sales talent through data-driven KPIs. Additionally, oversee the full employee lifecycle— from recruitment to exit, including salary scheme design and KPI management — for both for DCR and agency-managed teams (Blue force, Sales rep hunting, wholesales).

What You'll Do

1. Talent Sourcing
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each location and sales channel.
Build employer branding initiatives to attract frontline candidates.
Establish and maintain a nationwide candidate network.
Leverage internal and external channels, including agency support.
Monitor sourcing effectiveness and adjust based on hiring outcomes.

2. Recruitment Execution
Set and manage recruitment KPIs (e.g. time-to-fill, quality of hire).
Lead and coach the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
Build and deploy proactive hiring plans across regions.
Optimize recruiter allocation and resource usage.
Track weekly/monthly progress and resolve bottlenecks.

3. Process & System Oversight
Standardize recruitment processes and rollout to all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance across recruiters, sales managers, and agencies.
Manage recruitment system operations and vendor coordination.
Plan upgrades and troubleshoot system issues with IT.
Monitor process adherence and system stability.

4. Reporting & Insights
Analyze recruitment, turnover, and income data for decision-making.
Generate insights and propose solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
Benchmark market trends and competitor practices.
Deliver timely and accurate reports to management.
Track effectiveness of implemented recommendations.

What You need to be successful

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

3+ years in recruitment or HR; FMCG or sales force experience preferred.
Skilled in training, coaching, data analysis, and compensation/KPI design.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, Project/team & stakeholder management, and data judgement. Adaptable under pressure.

Good at computer skill of Microsoft Works, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft PowerPoint, AI application

Proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented; open to travel, able to work under pressure
